“Our Home Care workers are overwhelmingly women, and the majority are Black and brown women. These workers deserve good, fair wages. They deserve quality benefits. And, they deserve respect. The work our members are doing is critically important – especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. And, as essential workers – they deserve all the necessary resources to do their jobs – PPE, paid sick time, hazard pay.”
