Our committee started bargaining a month ago and already won some important non-economic provisions such as improvements to the attendance policy and scheduling protections.

We are now moving into our economic proposals!

We told the boss that we DEMAND a contract that includes:

  • Wages that move us out of poverty
  • Affordable health insurance
  • Dignity and respect for all union members
  • COVD-19 protections, such as PPE and testing.                                 

We won’t settle for anything less!
