(April 9th, 2020) — Nursing home workers across Illinois are participating in a National Day of Action for PPE to protest the Trump administration’s failure to adequately #ProtectAllWorkers as the Covid-19 pandemic threatens nursing home residents and healthcare staff.

Workers are also holding actions, marches on the boss, and posting videos and messages on social media to get the word out that nursing home workers are demanding protective gear, better staffing and an end to poverty wages by the nursing homes industry.
