Sodexo food service workers and front line hospital workers at St. Louis University Hospital (SLUH) teamed up to launch the SLUH United campaign for better contracts across the hospital campus this fall.

Sodexo SEIU members just reached a strong new agreement with management that includes across-the-board raises for everyone, big increases to starting rates, longevity bonuses, and an improved grievance procedure. This win came soon after workers united for a public button day to get their message out to patients and their supervisors.

Sodexo workers are now committed to supporting their brothers and sisters employed directly through SLUH to follow through on their initial goal of improving wages and working conditions in every corner of the hospital.
