We are excited to share that we have reached a tentative agreement for our new contract with the Nursing Home Association. Now it’s time for YOU to make your voice heard! 

Your SEIU nursing home worker bargaining team, made up of 300 workers from Association homes, has encouraged you to vote YES on this agreement!

Join us at one of our upcoming virtual ratification meetings to learn more about what we won in this contract, and to cast your vote!

Our ratification meeting times are:

• Meeting 1: 1 P.M.- 2 P.M. Central Time, Tuesday, May 6
• Meeting 2: 5 P.M.- 6 P.M. Central Time, Tuesday, May 6
• Meeting 3: 1 P.M.- 2 P.M. Central Time, Wednesday, May 6
• Meeting 4: 5 P.M.- 6 P.M. Central Time, Wednesday, May 6

All of our ratification meetings will be using the same link. At the time of the meeting that you choose to attend, please click the link below to join.

NOTE: If you work at Grasmere, Skokie Meadows, Berkeley, Aperion Care Chicago Heights, or Allure of Galesburg, your nursing home has NOT rejoined the Nursing Home Association as of right now.

This means that you will NOT be able to vote on ratification at this time. We encourage you to still join our ratification meeting to learn more about the Association contract, and your organizer will reach out soon with information on the path forward for your contract.
