Things have been moving slowly with Help at Home, but we’re getting close to a deal! The bargaining committee made the decision after our last tele-town hall meeting in February to continue fighting for a better deal, and after organizing a call-in action we’ve started to see some movement from the Company.

So far, we’ve secured commitments to raise pay by $1/hr. for workers w/ one year seniority and over $1/hr. for workers with two or more years of seniority retro to January 1st, 2025; partial PTO cashout option like the one we agreed to with Addus. We’re still working through the final details, but we’re close to a deal so please stay tuned for further updates. There will be more to share soon!
