Crestwood Health Care Center LPNs Celebrate First Contract Victory

We’re proud to announce that we reached an agreement for Licensed Practical Nurses at Crestwood Health Care Center after we welcomed them into our union late last year.

Below are just some of the things in this agreement, including wage raises and a stronger voice at the table in making safety decisions that impact all frontline healthcare workers:

  • Wage increases of $0.60 over two years,
  • Night and evening shift differentials,
  • Increased pay for trainings,
  • And MORE!

LPNs won this strong agreement by standing united in our union and taking action together to demand more. We are STRONGER TOGETHER and, in this agreement, we won REAL RESULTS.
