Details for the DORS Vaccination Program from the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS):
If you have not yet received your COVID-19 vaccination, IDHS is offering you the opportunity to register for vaccination at an IDHS location near you. 
If you are interested, please look at the different locations below and register at the link associated with that location. This is a limited opportunity. The links to register are private and only meant for DORS workers and their consumers, so please do not share this more broadly. Note: the individual consumer that you are providing home services for is also eligible. If you have more questions, you can contact the Member Resource Center at 866-933-7348.
