DORS Offices Reopen for Scheduled Time Sheet Drop-Offs
We have good news to share! As of now, the local DORS offices statewide are being staffed on a limited basis for time sheet drop-offs. They will NOT be open to the public or for drop-ins.
Effective immediately, there are three ways you can now submit your paper time sheets:
- You can submit your time sheets via U.S. mail to your local DORS office. Use the DHS Office Locator here and select “Rehabilitation Services” and click “Find Offices” to find the proper mailing address of your DORS local office.
- You can email your time sheets to your Home Services Program counselor. If you need the correct email address to send to, call your local office. To find your local office phone number, click here.
- You can schedule an appointment with your DORS counselor or coordinator to do an office drop-off. For office drop-offs, you must wear a mask and practice social distancing to ensure everyone’s safety.
Questions regarding hours, cases, pay issues, etc. should continue to be handled via telephone because the local offices will only be open for scheduled time sheet drop-offs.
Soon, every office statewide will be equipped with a drop box to make time sheet drop-offs easier and more convenient. Stay tuned for updates on installation of these drop boxes.
If you have any questions on these changes, you can contact your DORS counselor or call 1-877-581-3690.
