The SEIU bargaining team at Garrison has put up a strong fight at the negotiations table, but management clearly has no respect for the work frontline workers do day in and day out. Their insulting proposals, which include no raises for three years and the ability to pay less than the minimum wage, left workers with no choice but to take steps to move toward a strike.
