Safe Staffing Bill (SB0021/HB3512)

The Hospital Safety Bill amends the Hospital Licensing Act to address the short staffing crisis our members face every day.

HEAL Bill (SB3318/HB5158)

The HEAL Bill stabilizes safety net funding by making it so that the grants safety nets rely on don’t have to be reapplied for every year.

Progressive Revenue Bill

We are also fighting alongside a coalition of other organizations for bills that center progressive revenue, AKA making sure the ultra-wealthy pay their fair share so that the working class don’t lose access to vital programs like Medicaid.
