To become a steward, you must meet the following criteria:

1. I am a union dues payer in good standing contributing to COPE
2. I am not a probationary employee
3. I commit to learning what I need to know to be an effective steward and will attend Union
   trainings, meetings as necessary in-person and online
4. I commit to collecting 20% of signatures at my nursing home to become a Steward
