Governor Rauner’s child care cuts hurting low-income families
As of July 1, child care providers like Penny are being denied state assistance for low-income families to access care. Gov. Rauner’s dangerous cuts to vital services are hurting our children, our seniors and people with disabilities. The Governor needs to stop holding vital services hostage.
