Touchette hospital workers saw their action lead to direct results at the bargaining table this year when members circulated a petition demanding hazard pay and then hand delivered it during a march on the boss later. Thanks to that display of unity and strength, workers secured a $50 hazard pay bonus for every month worked during the pandemic!
